- All items are made-to-order and will be shipped as soon as possible. Creation to delivery time usually takes 3-5 days. We ship USPS to provide the best and most economical shipping methods to your door. If you prefer shipping via another method, please contact us to arrange details.

- Your email address will never be sold. We use email addresses to contact you about your orders and occassionally to let you know of great specials or new products.
- Returns & Replacements
- All items are shipped in perfect condition (i.e. no broken glass, etc.). If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us and we will work with the post office to acquire a refund. All sales are final and no refunds are issued (because most items are considered not-returnable via CDC to prevent disease.
- Ordering
- Orders may be placed online or off-line. If you prefer not to order online, simply fill out our online contact form and someone will call you to complete your order via phone. We are happy to accept checks and money orders for purchases.

- All pricing and payment methods are listed on this site and may be updated at any time. Currently we accept credit cards through PayPal as well as checks or money orders through the mail.

- You may update your information at any time by logging in to your online account. NOTE: Updated details will not impact any orders that are placed prior to the update. If you need shipping instructions to be modified for an order that has already been placed, please contact us directly.
